Web-based services include FAQs, registration of requests through the support centre and downloads of new versions and updates. *
You can view all your requests by logging in and selecting "My page".
Support by phone and e-mail
To access our phone and e-mail support, you first need to register your request on the web. You also need to have registered as a customer and have an active support agreement.
If you use SuperOffice CRM Online, you have access to our e-mail support. Your initial request must be registered via our web form.
If you are not yet a customer, but want more information about our support services, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
