How do I restore a deleted item from a list in SuperOffice Settings and Maintenance?

How do I restore a deleted list item (e.g. contact interests, document template, company category and others) in SuperOffice Settings and Maintenance?

You can easily customize SuperOffice CRM by creating list items relevant to your business, you can remember how to do it in this help file article. Sometimes you might want to restore the item, which has been deleted some time ago and it is easily done by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to Settings & Maintenance.
     
  2. Click on Lists (1) then navigate to the list where you want to recreate an item, in this article we will use a Company-Business (2) example. Then at the bottom select option Show deleted items and headings (3).


     
  3. Then all deleted items of this list are visible in the list, simply select the item (1) you would like to restore and double-click on it. In the pop-up dialog click on Restore (2) and Save (3) buttons and item will reappear in the list and will be ready to be used.
