How do I enable (disable) the right to merge or move contacts in SuperOffice CRM?

My colleague is not able to merge contacts. How do I enable this feature to her?

To be able to merge or move contacts the user must have a role, which has a functional right enabling to move and merge entries. Please follow the steps below to learn how to make sure that this right is enabled:

  1. Open Settings and maintenance.
     
  2. Click on the Roles (1) button, In the list find a role, which the user has and click on the Functional rights (2) tab.
     
  3. If you want to enable users with this role to merge/move contacts, make sure that Can manage (move and merge) entities (3) is in the column This role can.
     
  4. If you do not want to enable users with this role to merge/move contacts, make sure that Can manage (move and merge) entities is in the column This role CANNOT.
