How do I print labels from SuperOffice CRM?

How do I print labels for letters or other correspondence from SuperOffice CRM?

To learn how to print labels from SuperOffice CRM, please follow the steps from one of the sections below:

 

If you use SuperOffice CRM Web client or SuperOffice CRM Online

  1. Click on the Selection (1) button in the navigator, choose your selection go to the Task (2) tab, click the Print labels (3) option.


     
  2. The screen with layout options opens. You can double-click (1) and adjust the layout setting or simply select the one you prefer and click OK (2) to finish.


     
  3. PDF report with company addresses gets generated. Click on the Print button to print it out.

Note! In the Label Layout dialog, you can also add new label format as well as edit and delete existing ones. You can only pre-define Format and Margins of the Layout. It is not possible to rearrange the field position or add additional fields. 







If you use SuperOffice CRM Windows client

  1. Click on the Selection button in the navigator, choose your desired selection, and go to the Task tab, click on the Print labels option.


     
  2. The Label layout window appears. There are three SuperOffice predefined layouts. Select the label format you require and click OK.

  3. In the preview screen that will appear, select the Print icon to print your labels.

 

Note!

  1. In the Label Layout dialog, you can also add new label format as well as edit and delete existing ones.
     
  2. Be aware that you can only predefine Format and Margins of the Layout. It is not possible to rearrange field positions or add additional fields.




     
  3. If you are using SuperOffice Onsite Installations Reporter Studio license offers different options which allow you to create your own label layout (etc. adjust margins, add extra fields, rearrange field position). If you are interested, please contact your SuperOffice sales contact.
