How do I know what do the different colors and font formatting (red, blue, italic) of different records in SuperOffice CRM mean?

I have noticed that some records in SuperOffice CRM are highlighted in red and blue colors, some appear in Italic format. Why does it happen?

Different types of records in SuperOffice CRM can appear in different colors or formats in selection lists, section tabs, or find results list. The reason why some of the records are highlighted in this way depends on the type of record. Please click on the sections below to read the explanations:

 

Contact records in SuperOffice CRM

  • A contact appears in red color in the list when the Former Employee (1) option is ticked in the contact card or when the Stop (2) option is licked in contacts' company card.




     
  • A contact appears in blue when the E-marketing (1) option in the contact card is disabled or when the company of the contact has No mailing (2) option selected.




 

Company records in SuperOffice CRM

  • A company appears in red when option Stop is ticked in the company card.


     
  • A company appears in blue when option No Mailing is ticked in the company card.





Activity records in SuperOffice CRM

  • A follow-up under Diary, Project, Sale appears in red when it is overdue.
     
  • An activity under Project and Sale appears in blue when it is connected to the company with No Mailing option selected.

Sales records in SuperOffice CRM

  • A sale appears in red when it is uncompleted and the next activity on the sale has passed a due day.
