What to do when I get an error message "Could not retrieve iMessage: interface not supported" when I try to archive an e-mail to SuperOffice CRM?

I am trying to archive an e-mail from Outlook in SuperOffice CRM and I get an error:

"Could not retrieve iMessage: interface not supported". 

Why does it happen and how do I fix it?
