I select an e-mail in the Outlook inbox and click on the archive to SuperOffice button, but instead of notification that e-mail has been archived, I get an error:
Cannot save document
System Error. Code: 18.
There are no more files
Why does it come up and what can I do about it?
The Microsoft Office update has produced an issue with an older version of SuperOffice Mail Link. In situations where the older version of Mail Link is used in combination with the updated Office version, this error appears. There are few known solutions to this problem, which depends on which SuperOffice version and client is in use:
If you use SuperOffice 8.2 R06 or newer version
To overcome the problem, please upgrade your Web Tools to the latest version. To do it, please follow the instructions below:
If you use SuperOffice 8.2 R05 or older version
If you use SuperOffice Windows application as the main client, then to overcome the problem you can either:
If you use SuperOffice any newer version than 8.1 R03 and Web application as the main client, then to overcome the problem you can download and install the latest Web Tools (8.3 or newer) version from the Download Service page.
