How do I create a new SuperOffice user from Active Directory user?

I would like to create a new SuperOffice user, which could use an Active Directory authentication. How do I do it?

To import a user from an Active Directory to SuperOffice, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Users screen, select the Associates tab, select the required company in the Company list box and click Import at the bottom of the list.

  2. The Select authentication type dialog opens, click OK.

  3. The Import users from ActiveDirectory dialog opens. Select the user group (1) the users belong to in the User group list. Users in the group in question are displayed in the Potential users list and then select the user/users (2) you want to add.

  4. Select which company you want to add users to, in the Add users to company list. Select a role and primary group for the users and click OK. The name of the new users will be displayed in the list.
