How do I change a forgotten password in SuperOffice CRM Onsite?

There are three ways how you can change your SuperOffice password:

 

Change the password yourself

If you use SuperOffice Web version:

1. Click on  icon from the top menu and select Change password.

2. Type in your old password, new password, repeat new password and click OK

 

If you use SuperOffice Window version:

1. Click on File button and select Change password.

2. Type in your old password, new password, repeat new password and click OK.

 

Ask your SuperOffice system administrator to change the password for you

  1. Ask your SuperOffice system administrator login to Setting and maintenance.
     
  2. Go to the Users and click on Associates tab then choose the user who`s password needs to be changed/reset.


     
  3. Remove the password from Login with field and type a new password in and click Save button to finish.


     
  4. Now user should be able to login with this new password.

In case you need to reset a password to the only administrator user of SuperOffice, you will need to login to administrator module with System user. System user credentials can be found in Technical Installation Documentation. SuperOffice does not store this information thus cannot provide it on request.
